Energia Otto
Il cluster fotovoltaico Energia Otto comprende 17 impianti fotovoltaici nel sud Italia che stanno funzionando (grazie alla fusione di diverse società di scopo).
Energia Otto is a strategic solar energy cluster developed and managed by Belenergia, comprising more than 12 photovoltaic units located in southern Italy. The portfolio was created through the consolidation of several Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and is currently undergoing a comprehensive restructuring and repowering programme.
SWM, Belenergia's internal operations and management company (Solar & Wind Management), has been leading the modernisation of all existing sites since 2024 to improve efficiency, extend the life of the plants and integrate the latest technological innovations. This large-scale upgrading is currently undergoing and will be completed by the end of 2025.
At the same time, Belenergia is expanding the cluster's capacity with the construction of a new 3.6 MW photovoltaic plant and the development of two additional solar projects with a total capacity of 10.2 MW.
Energia Otto reflects Belenergia's integrated approach to solar energy, from development and construction to operation and optimisation, ensuring performance, environmental compliance and long-term value creation.
