Information pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 et seq. of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016 of 27 April 2016, (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) "on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Regulation general data protection) ".
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 we inform you of the following.
The personal data sent will be processed in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by EU Regulation n. 679/2016 and other applicable regulations.

The treatments carried out by Belenergia S.A. are based on the principles of transparency, relevance, purposes, verifiability, lawfulness, correctness, purpose limitation and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
In the event that the user has previously expressed consent based on the contractual relationship started up, or subsequently expresses it and until the revocation of the same, his personal data may be processed by Belenergia S.A. in order to:

• provide you with information and / or send communications relating to the stipulated contractual / commercial relations of service;
• store personal data, billing addresses and administrative accounting data;

• invite you to events and / or meetings related to the stipulated contractual / commercial relations of service;

Personal data sent with the express consent can be processed by Belenergia S.A. with automated tools. The possibility remains for Belenergia S.A. to process the aforementioned data in aggregate form, in compliance with the measures prescribed by the Regulatory Authority and by virtue of the specific exemption from the consent envisaged by the same, for analysis and electronic processing (e.g. classification of the entire clientele in homogeneous categories for levels of services, consumption, spending, etc.) to periodically monitor the development and economic performance of Belenergia SA's activities, to orientate the related industrial and commercial processes, to improve services, and to design and implement commercial communication campaigns .
Specific security measures are observed by Belenergia S.A. to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
Personal data are recorded and stored in electronic databases located in Luxembourg, in countries belonging to the European Economic Area (EEA) and in third countries that guarantee an adequate level of data protection.
Personal data provided by users may also be disclosed:

• to subsidiaries and related companies;
• to subjects to whom the right to access personal data is recognized by provisions of law, regulations or community legislation (consultants and / or particular service providers);
• to subjects to whom the communication is required by law or regulation, or by public entities for the performance of their institutional functions.

The retention period of the personal data referred to above is in line with the current regulatory provisions.

The interested subject has the right to ask Belenergia S.A. access to personal data concerning him, as well as correction, deletion, limitation, opposition to their processing, if carried out automatically on the basis of agreement or for the performance of the contract.
The interested subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the agreement given before the revocation
The interested subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Regulatory Authority for the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 77 of the EU Regulation 679/2016.
